Yeah, it is pretty awful — but that’s why they need more people doing it to make sure it’s not a handful of people having to do it all day every day, which is when you have to go numb — it sucks but it’s too much to automate, and the bad guys will always find a way around the automation. That’s what they do.

There will need to be someone who has to review, but since now we know it’s a traumatizing job maybe more can be done to train/screen people for these jobs.
