This is an attempt to police someone else’s thoughts and feelings. Instead of telling women what to feel, maybe ask why so many women feel empowered by saying “yes, I hate men.” Sometimes a trend and demographics are useful. By saying “just focus on individuals!” You’re asking women to ignore trends that dictate our lives and possibly endanger us. You’re asking us to not point out the obvious sexism we experience, and give men shelter under individualism when it’s convenient. No thanks.
