Request the desktop site and you’ll be able to create a story from the mobile web

… the Medium app & use the web version from my phone. It’s sluggish but in a variety of ways better. There does not seem to a way to initiate stories that way, but for the time being at least I can still use the Medium Android app for that. However, stories so initiated don’t show up in the “Drafts” list on the app.
I used it a ton also, just not to publish.
