I’ve been 100% remote since 2015 and probably at the expense of promotions and whatnot but I don’t really care bc I don’t want to climb a corporate ladder. Once you’re not going to work every day, it’s easier to see what you want and don’t want. I just want a job. I don’t want a career. And I think that’s totally fine…I don’t think everyone wants a career. Most people wanna do a job then clock out and leave that job at home.
