if someone would die unless they hooked themselves up to you and drained your blood 24/7, would they have the right to do that without your consent? if someone would die without your kidney, do they have the right to drug you and tie you down and take it? what if the procedure might cause you to lose teeth, hair, gain weight, or be permanently scarred? forcing someone to do anything --- forcing an abortion, forcing someone to carry, forcing you to give someone an organ---are all violations of your autonomy.

do you like the idea of someone physically forcing you to do that so someone else can live? do you like the idea of the government forcing you to do that and then saying "but the person you're helping might cure cancer one day" like your life doesn't matter?
