hi, the bug was resolved, but I wrote in and received a generic response about connecting my account to stripe. I’ve been writing and earning here for five years and I used to receive emails that actually addressed my questions. I don’t know if your support staff is just overworked or you’re using some kind of automated response, but i find the deterioration in the quality of replies im getting to be really disappointing especially when it comes to my earnings. Thanks.
