Eh it’s fine I have started getting better. It’s not a job I want anymore but I think if people are better trained to handle it and they’re actually paid well and given rest, if the job is treated like a profession and not something they get people fresh out of college to do for $15/hr.
The issue is the bad guys never stop testing the fence, so to speak, somyou can create an automated filter that is pretty good, but they will keep trying until they find a way around it, and there are always false positives…things that get flagged that are actually okay. So automating doesn’t solve those issues, at the end of the day a manual review can’t be beat. But moderators need to be elevated and supported because yes they see horrific things.
